My name is Tirzah Zbinden and I am the Gorilla Herbalist. I specialize in integrative geriatric herbalism for symptom management and wellness. I am a certified Californian herbalist with over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse, working at local hospitals and hospice services in Sonoma County. Since my career in nursing began I have been intrigued by the healing properties of plants and the natural world. Through my years of direct patient care I have witnessed the healing power of nature and the remedies it can provide.

I feel there is a role for herbal medicine in all stages of life.
